    2 total pets per apartment, we have dog floors, cats can go on any floor, no aggressive breeds 50 pound maximum.

    $500.00 fee per dog, $250.00 fee per cat

    If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

    Yes a notice period is required, plus a lease break fee, plus you must pay back any concessions that were given to you.
